1. Readout programs

Here should soon come two examples of pixels' readout:

• a basic one for a quick and healthy start
• the smartest I could have imagined so far (bringing several classes to decorrelate data processing (speed issues) and plotting (memory issues))

I'll also post the program I use to generate fake data in order to validate my analysis.

Here should soon come a description of the way I analyze data.

In the meanwhile, here are a few plots worth looking at for this kind of analysis:

• Imported noise and pedestal (noise runs)

• Mean raw data and mean subtracted data (signal run)

• Cluster typical topology and charge wrt various criteria

• Mean cluster charge

• Landau-like cluster charge distribution wrt cluster multiplicity

• Cluster multiplicity spatial distribution

• The smartest way I've found to select a cut value
